OUR HISTORY

Hawai`i Pacific X-ray Corporation was established in 1986, striving to serve the Hawai`i medical community by delivering the highest quality diagnostic imaging equipment, top-notch supplies and exceptional service. As a partnership, Bill Johnson, after 30 successful years of sales with General Electric Medical Systems in Hawai`i, and his son Chris Johnson, founded the company with one goal in mind – to provide a refreshing and much needed alternative to the old established x-ray sales and service industry in Hawai`i and Pacific region.

While the market conditions have changed dramatically since 1986 and Bill Johnson retired from Hawai`i Pacific X-ray Corporation in 1991, Hawai`i Pacific X-ray Corporation has continued to flourish. We remain a profitable company by being cost effective to our customers and in turn making our customers profitable. Hawai`i Pacific X-ray Corporation continues to serve many of the same customers they did since 1986. With such loyal customers and embracing relationships with new customers, we believe we will continue to be successful in this cutting-edge and competitive diagnostic imaging industry.
